Essex Commercial Construction has renovated 10,000 square feet of an existing structure as part of this project. The new tenant occupied space has been converted into a Physical Therapy Center. The space has undergone selective demolition, and has been upgraded to meet the needs of the new tenant, including a fire sprinkler system throughout the entire building.
